Housing Management Coordinator
Pay £27,500 per annum (pro-rata), £14.06 per hour and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
Permanent Part-time 22.5 hours per week on a rota system (including weekends).
Location: Based at Wilkinson House, covering properties across Wymondham & Norwich
Cerificate of Sponsorship (CoS): Not available for this role.

This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team at Wilkinson House. As our Housing and Property Specialist, you’ll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well-maintained.
By providing a painstaking housing management service, you’ll support customers in managing and maintaining their tenancy and rent accounts, helping them move on to secure, long-term accommodation.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Property Management

Work with customers who have experienced homelessness with diverse needs:
- Offending
- Physical/mental health challenges
- Substance misuse
-
Turnaround vacant or void properties to ensure maximum occupancy.

Help turn properties into pride-proud homes through engagement and support.
Administrative & Financial Duties
- Assist customers with housing benefit claims to fill rent accounts.
- Issue and sign warning letters, notices, and accompany clients in court.

Requirements: Essential & Desirable Skills
** experience & responsibility a must:**

Experience in managing a housing caseload, including:
- Tenancy disputes
- Landlord duties
- Formal tenancy action

Expertise in re-letting rooms/units, rent collection, and tenancy disputes.
Leadership & behavioural traits:
-
Ability to take on a lead role in the team, offering guidance and mentoring colleagues.

Strong ability to work independently while positively offering assistance and support to diverse people.

Confidence in collaborating with team members internally and external partners.

Practicalities
Work Schedule
- Operates Monday to Friday, with one Saturday every fortnight.

Location & Travel
- Based at Wilkinson House, Wymondham.
- Travel required to properties in Wymondham & Norwich.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and provide a vehicle for business purposes.
- Godtravel car mileage for business use.
- Will cover Enhanced DBS check costs.
Tech Requirements
- Familiarity with technology for:
- Creating and updating support plans.
- Housing benefit claims.
- Tenancy management (sign-ups, updates).
