Housing Management Worker

Location: Based at our service in Leeds Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday Salary: £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum) Includes: Great benefits including a Health Cash Plan

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join our team, supporting our customers by ensuring their homes are safe, well-maintained, and helping them move towards secure, long-term accommodation!


What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer support: Engage and involve our customers (age over 55) in managing their tenancies.
  • Housing benefit processing: Assist with claims and ensure they’re applied to rent accounts.
  • Property turnover: Ensure vacant/void rooms, bed spaces, or properties are refurbished and ready for occupation within set timescales, including cleaning, repairs, or repainting.
  • Safety & compliance: Perform and record routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities to ensure adherence to regulations.

  • Skills needed:

    • DBS check: We’ll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check.
