Location: Based at our service in Leeds
Hours:
- Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday
Salary:
- £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum)
- Great benefits including Health Cash Plan

About the Opportunity
Home, a place where you belong This is a great opportunity to join our team. You’ll support our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to secure, long-term accommodation.
What You’ll Do
- Customer group: over 55
- Support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies
- Help our customers with housing benefit claims, ensuring these are received on their rent account
- Turn around vacant or void rooms / bed spaces / properties within set timescales
- This will involve tasks like picking up a broom or paintbrush!
- Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities, ensuring compliance

Requirements
You have
- A background in property management (not required, not a deal breaker)
- Perhaps experience in an environment with compliance and health and safety checks?
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from different backgrounds
- Confidence in collaborating with colleagues across the business and external partners
- Passion for property and enjoyment from ensuring your properties are the best for customers
Additional Details

- Creating and updating support plans
- Making benefit claims
- Conducting tenancy sign-ups
- Enhanced DBS check (should be shared by company)**
