Housing Manager
Housing Team Manager – Gloucester to Birmingham Region
Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Housing Team Manager to lead and support the property management team, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across properties stretching from Gloucester to Birmingham.
About the Role
Place by Pinnacle is the UK leader in Market Rent operations, specialising in institutional-grade property management and lettings for single and multi-family homes nationwide. Bringing together specialist expertise, organisational scale and operational support, the team delivers efficiency, insight-driven services, and a strong focus on return on investment for institutional investors.
This role requires a housing professional with:
- Strong team leadership experience
- Proven housing expertise and multi-site management
- Passion for customer-focused services
- Ability to balance competing priorities and drive continuous improvement
- CIH/ARLA qualification (or commitment to obtaining one)
- Exceptional operational consistency, resident engagement, and budget oversight
The role is a full-time, hybrid position (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop the property management team to ensure high-quality service delivery across all properties.
- Oversee the entire tenancy lifecycle—encompassing viewings, move-ins, renewals, variations, and move-outs—while ensuring full compliance with PRS legislation and internal policies.
- Conduct staff 1-1s, facilitate operational meetings, and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Manage monthly KPI reporting, ensuring timely, accurate submissions aligned with client contractual requirements.
- Support the Account Director in providing client reporting, including ** глубокий анализ KPI документов** и evaluation of performance updates.
- Promote and embed “The Pinnacle Way”, fostering a culture of customer excellence and community-focused delivery.
- Guide property managers on budget management, costs demands, and expense reporting—in line with client and resident expectations.
- Maintain full legislative and health & safety compliance in collaboration with Technical Services.
- Work with Lettings, Mobilisation, and Projects teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding, rent reviews, and resident satisfaction surveys.
- Oversee monthly invoicing processes, digital platform adoption, and local resident engagement initiatives for enhanced efficiency and satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Deep knowledge of housing legislation, compliance requirements, and sector best practices.
- Proven team leadership experience, with expertise in motivating, coaching, and developing property managers.
- Proficient in producing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly KPI data—identifying trends and driving improvements.
- Experience in budget management, expenditure review, and service charge demands—ensuring operational consistency in multi-site portfolios.
- Exemplary communication and organizational skills, with commitment to exceptional customer service.
- CIH/ARLA qualification (or willingness to obtain one) – preferable for established candidates.
- Full UK driving license (essential for site visits/travel).
