Safeguarding & Complex ASB Case Manager
Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week) – Up to £37,000 per annum (including car allowance)
About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Housing professional with experience in managing safeguarding and complex Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) to oversee high-risk cases, prioritise customer-centred solutions, and ensure compliance with legislation.
Key focus: Balancing short-term interventions with long-term, ethical approaches while collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver seamless customer support.
### **What You Will Be Doing**
- Managing **safeguarding assessments** and addressing **complex ASB cases** for the **Home Team**
- Acting as the **primary point of contact** for escalated tenure breaches, ensuring escalated safeguarding requirements are met
- Administering referrals to specialised services (Mental Health, Financial Guidance, or Criminal Justice)
- Working with **Generic Housing Officers** to enforce tenancy agreements while tailoring support needs
- **Partnering with 3rd-party organisations** (e.g., police, social care) to deliver holistic solutions
- Producing detailed paperwork (charters, tenancy plans, case progressions) for legal and operational tracking
