Salary

  • £42,707 - £46,895

(EVH Grade 7)

Shettleston is a community based housing association, and a Scottish Charity, which has played a major role in the regeneration of the local area for 50 years.

You will ideally have social housing management experience and a working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and good practice.

Working in our busy, multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for the delivery of customer-focused services to a “patch” of our rented homes including: lettings, tenant support, rent arrears prevention and recovery, neighbourhood management and tenant participation. You must be a team player, able to work effectively with a range of colleagues and external agencies to fulfil the Association’s objectives and meet the needs of service users and the community.
