Operations Manager - Neighbourhood and Tenancy Services
London - covering Tower Hamlets and Lambeth (2 days office-based, 3 days onsite)
£59,700 - £65,000
Successful candidate will undergo a basic DBS check
Hyde is looking for an Operations Manager - Neighbourhood and Tenancy Services to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.
As an Operations Manager - Neighbourhood and Tenancy Services at Hyde, you will lead the delivery of an integrated, high-performing neighbourhood and tenancy management service across our communities. You will bring together tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood services and building safety compliance to ensure customers receive a fair, consistent and customer-centred service that supports safe, sustainable tenancies and thriving neighbourhoods.
Key Duties
- Lead, manage and coach neighbourhood, tenancy and ASB teams to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused service.
- Oversee complex tenancy breaches, ASB cases, possession proceedings and escalated neighbourhood complaints through to effective resolution.
- Ensure neighbourhood, tenancy, fire safety, building safety, safeguarding, data protection and health and safety requirements are met.
- Use performance data, customer feedback and trend analysis to drive service improvement, innovation and value for money.
- Build strong partnerships with customers, local authorities, emergency services and community organisations to improve neighbourhood safety and wellbeing.

As an Operations Manager - Neighbourhood and Tenancy Services we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience managing tenancy, anti-social behaviour or neighbourhood services in a housing or community setting.
- Strong knowledge of housing law, tenancy legislation, building safety and fire safety regulations, safeguarding and risk management.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes, safe communities and sustainable tenancies.
- The ability to lead and develop high-performing operational teams, manage budgets and use data to drive service improvement.
