Housing & Support Manager

Be part of something new from day one.

We're launching a brand-new supported accommodation service in Maidenhead, providing a safe, high-quality home for up to 20 care leavers as they take the next step towards independent living.

Opening in October 2026, this newly refurbished service will offer young people the stability, guidance and practical support they need to thrive. As Team Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape a brand-new service, build and lead a dedicated team, and create an environment where young people can flourish.

This is an exciting time to join Achieving for Children, as we continue to expand a successful model already established in Kingston.

What you'll be doing

As Team Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of our new supported accommodation service, ensuring it provides a safe, trauma-informed and nurturing environment for young people preparing for independent adulthood.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
