Housing Team Leader
Our client, based in Basingstoke, is currently recruiting for a Housing Team Leader on a 3-month temporary contract.
This is a full-time position offering hybrid working, the hourly rate is £30.22 Umbrella per hour.
The position is due to start in July.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a background in social housing and has experience managing members of staff.

- Managing a team of 6 Housing Officers
- Monitoring the team's performance and providing guidance and support where necessary
- Providing professional advice as required
- Building positive relationships with residents to support their personal development and wellbeing
- Managing escalated cases referred by the team
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required
- Previous leadership experience within housing
Working Hours
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Friday (with potential flexibility around working hours and days)
