About The Role

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and other relevant software tools is required. A proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight deadlines will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality placements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and other platforms.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s talent pipeline.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recruitment metrics and implementing best practices.
