HR Administrative Support
Location: Newlon House, Hale Village, N17
Salary: £34,550 per annum pro rata
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Four month fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible

It’s a varied position, where you’ll be a key point of contact for HR queries, helping ensure our recruitment and onboarding processes run seamlessly. You’ll keep our HR systems accurate and up to date and support payroll, benefits and learning activities. You’ll also play an important part in helping the wider HR team deliver a reliable, confidential and high-quality service.

With a background in HR Administration, ideally within a generalist HR environment, you’ll hold a CIPD Associate level qualification, or working towards Level 3 CIPD. Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and discretion are essential, and you will be confident using IT systems, and have the ability to quickly learn HR databases, such as SelectHR.
