Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Central base Epsom (minimum 4 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Reports to: HR Manager
Required: Full and clean UK driving license
What You Bring:
- Enthusiasm for HR & Onboarding: A strong interest in HR and a desire to create positive experiences for new hires. You’re motivated to learn how to manage onboarding tasks efficiently, coordinating start dates, preparing contracts, and setting up systems to ensure new employees feel welcomed and prepared.
- Attention to Detail & Eagerness to Learn: You have a natural eye for detail and are comfortable working with data. While experience in HR systems is a bonus, your commitment to learning tools like IRIS Cascade and ensuring accurate records is key. You’ll receive training to help you effectively manage employee records, share weekly reports, and support employees through each stage of their journey.
- Clear & Friendly Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to interact well with candidates, managers, and team members. You enjoy building relationships and are ready to respond promptly to questions, sharing information in a friendly and professional manner.
- A Proactive, Organised Approach: You’re organised, reliable, and excited to learn how to handle multiple tasks in HR. You bring a can-do attitude to managing system setups, dispatching paperwork, and addressing general queries. With guidance, you’ll develop your skills in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Adaptable Team Player: A positive, team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and support others. You’re open to feedback and eager to work alongside HR Advisors and other team members to provide essential support across locations, contributing to a well-coordinated HR team that is responsive to business needs.
- Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Above all, you’re eager to start a career in HR, with a genuine interest in learning HR processes, tools, and best practices. You welcome training opportunities, knowing this role is a great foundation for developing HR expertise and supporting people in the workplace.
