The Role
- Location: Leeds. Hybrid working (2 days per week at the office, although note that during the induction period this will be 4-5 days per week)

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the People Services Team! Reporting to the People Services Lead, the HR Administrator is responsible for providing first in class people administration support for our US Business. You’ll provide a consistent, high quality, standardised service across all aspects of the employee lifecycle including starters, leavers and job changes for our gym operations and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities
- To process all team member lifecycle paperwork including offers, new starters, right to work checks, changes, leavers, efficiently and accurately.
- To be an expert on our HR & Payroll system, ensuring that all employee records are accurately input, and that opportunities for process optimisation are identified and communicated to constantly promote efficiency and accuracy.
- To respond to general HR inbox queries for multiple inboxes.
- To deliver all routine people reports to other functions.
- To work as a team to share best practice, apply it in a standardised way and constantly challenge the status quo where we should be aiming to achieve more, always applying a continuous improvement mindset.
- To develop strong working relationships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of managing HR Administration processes linked to the employee life cycle, including offers, new starter paperwork, contract changes and leavers.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with high volume that fluctuates throughout the month.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to use basic formulas, apply formatting, and manage data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to produce reports using HRIS and Excel, including basic data manipulation where required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt their style to different personality types and learning needs whilst providing instructions on how to navigate systems and processes.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to confidently navigate and manage multiple systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling information.
- Shows integrity and ethics in all they do including the need to act with confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.
- Meticulously organised and punctual with the ability to constantly reassess priorities throughout the day whilst working accurately and showing high attention to detail.
- Experience supporting international markets or working within a shared services environment is desirable but not essential.
