HR Support Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 2:00pm
Salary: £25,500 pro rata

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Support Administrator to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.
The Opportunity
As our HR Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the HR function, helping to ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the wider HR team, managers, and internal stakeholders, you'll help maintain accurate records, support key HR processes, and provide excellent service across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HR system.
- Coordinate employee welfare checks and escalate concerns when required.
- Track and collate probation, performance, absence, and leaver data.
- Process employment contract changes and update relevant teams.
- Share employee lifecycle updates, including family leave and occupational health information.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits and liaise with Finance as required.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data confidentiality requirements.
- Produce HR reports and support monthly HR reporting activities.
- Provide payroll-related information to support accurate processing.
- Respond to HR queries via shared inboxes within agreed service levels.
- Support day-to-day HR administration and ad-hoc tasks.
- Prepare and distribute internal employee communications.
- Create engaging, branded communications with key stakeholders.

About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent administrative support.
You will have:
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR support role.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
