Are you looking to enter the world of HR? Do you have a strong Administration background? Or perhaps you are looking for your first role in industry?
We are currently searching for enthusiastic HR Administrator to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Bedford.
The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Monday - Friday Days.
This is a fast paced, administration based role. You will be supporting our experienced and friendly HR Team with the day-to-day administration of the department. Liaising with other departments across the site, no two days will be the same in this role!
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on our systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administration support to our HR team
- Managing the HR inbox, ensuring any enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Updating employee files and trackers
- Ensuring Right To Work documentation is up to date
- Providing some basic HR advice to employees as required

What You’ll Bring
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Be IT literate (especially around the Microsoft Office package of software)
- A willingness to learn and get involved from day 1
- Fantastic time management skills
