Location: Lincolnshire, site-based role
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Workdays: Monday – Friday, 8.30/9am start
Work Hours: Some flexibility between 8.30am – 9am start
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and forward-thinking HR Administrator to join a sports outfit based in the Lincolnshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high standard of administrative support.
As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring records are accurately maintained and providing an efficient and professional HR service to colleagues across the business.

About You
You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As well as enjoying learning new aspects and having a "can-do attitude," you will:
- Ideally have previous experience working within a HR department
- (We would consider those from other people-focused environments too)
- Working knowledge of HR systems
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable:
- CIPD qualification or studying towards a CIPD qualification
- Understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
