HR Administrator – Hinckley Site

An experienced and ambitious HR Administrator is sought to join our highly respected, people-focused organisation based in the Hinckley area.
About the Role
This pivotal, hands-on HR position is the primary HR contact for our Hinckley site (70 employees), supporting a total headcount of 184 across two locations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the HR Director and HR Project Manager, who drive a values-driven environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- Supporting starters, leavers, onboarding, inductions, and probation management
- Managing absence, performance, and compliance matters
- Providing recruitment support (including job descriptions, adverts, offers, and onboarding packs)
- Processing payroll changes and contract updates
- Maintaining HR data and preparing weekly reports
- Supporting employee engagement, ESG initiatives, and HR events
- Coordinating training programmes and liaising with external partners
- Managing HR systems effectively

About You
We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator with:
- CIPD Level 3 (or actively working towards a CIPD qualification)
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and relationship-focused approach
- Strong team-player skills and an ability to work independently
- Familiarity with HR systems and comfort in an on-site environment
