HR Administrator Opportunity

St Benedict Catholic Academy Trust are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our supportive and busy HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting staff across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and safer recruitment administration processes
• Coordinate onboarding and induction arrangements for new starters
• Maintain the Trust’s Single Central Record (SCR)
• Ensure HR compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
• Assist with Trust-wide HR initiatives and projects
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to staff and managers
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Support HR reporting, audits, and general office administration
