HR Administrator - 3 Month Temporary Contract

Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an HR Administrator to join their busy and supportive HR team on a 3-month temporary basis in Bo'Ness.

The Role

As HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the wider HR function, providing essential administrative support while gaining exposure to generalist HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries via the HR mailbox, escalating where required
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, producing reports, and note-taking
  • Support employee relations meetings alongside management teams
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including attending inductions
  • Coordinate internal HR communications across the business
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times
  • Track and report on HR KPIs, identifying trends to support decision-making
  • Support absence management processes, including Occupational Health referrals
  • Liaise with shared service teams to resolve queries efficiently
