Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Job Type: Permanent
Are you an organised HR Administrator looking to join a busy and fast-paced business where no two days are the same?
Our client, based in Trafford Park, is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, has a keen eye for detail and thrives in a dynamic working environment.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR function, including:
- Providing general HR administrative support
- Managing employee absence and holiday records
- Maintaining sickness records and coordinating return-to-work documentation
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process
- Updating HR policies and employee documentation
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
- Supporting the Payroll team with data entry and administration
- Taking minutes and notes during HR meetings
- Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records
- Assisting with additional HR projects and administrative tasks as required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous HR Administration experience (desirable)
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential, as you will occasionally be required to attend meetings at other company offices within a 5-mile radius.
