Job Title: HR Graduate

Location: London & Surrey (Mobile across all Loveday residences)

Scope
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Graduate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is interested in developing a career in Human Resources on a fixed-term contract.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and onboarding new starters.
- Assist with employee records and HR administration.
- Support absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Help coordinate training and development activities.
- Assist with HR projects and policy updates.
- Ensure HR files and systems are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Provide general HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Act as a point of contact for all employees.
- Support in gathering payroll data each pay period.
- Support with accurate note taking.
- Support other business areas when their HR Contact is out of the office, ensuring issues are resolved appropriately and in a timely manner with feedback given to the main contact.
- Support the Director of People and Culture & HRBP through delivery of multiple projects in relation to the People Strategy.

Skills And Experience
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related subject.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Previous administrative skills is desirable.
Eligibility

Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
