About the Role
The HR Administrator position within Costain People Services will support the inhouse payroll team and wider People function.
The role requires a professional, efficient, and customer-facing approach, providing a high-quality, consistent service across:
- Telephone and email advice
- Transactional support
- Compliance with corporate, management policies, and processes
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days on-site at our Maidenhead office.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for:
- Administering HR processes with a sharp focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting the payroll team in delivering accurate payroll operations
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing clear guidance
- Ensuring alignment with Costain’s HR policies, standards, and operational best practices
- Collaborating closely with the multi-functional People Services team
- Maintaining consistency and compliance in all administrative actions
