About The Role
Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting people and processes? ADE Education UK is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our London-based HR team.
Reporting to the HR Advisor, this is a key support role that ensures the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety in your work, and have a strong administrative background, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries.
- Provide essential administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and pre-employment checks.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collating and checking HR data.
- Coordinate benefits administration and liaise with external providers.
- Support policy compliance, HR reporting, and internal audits.
- Assist in delivering induction sessions, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident administrator who is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service. You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally within a professional or education environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in IT systems and HR databases (previous use of HRIS desirable).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications & Desirables
- Degree or equivalent experience required.
- CIPD membership is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR policies is a plus.
