HR ADMINISTRATOR APPRENTICE (Level 3) - 2 year contract

LEICESTER HEAD OFFICE - ENDERBY

£24,879.83 + Benefits

Role Overview:

Joining the People Services team in the capacity of a People Services Administrator, the HR Administrator Apprentice will provide first line support to our People Advisors, Partners and Managers, whilst working towards an industry recognised qualification. Please see attached job description for full role description.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may be eligible to apply for Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a desire to pursue a career within HR.
  • No existing qualifications at Level 3 (A-level) or above in HR Support or a closely related subject.
  • Commitment to the course for the next two years.
  • GCSE's (or an equivalent qualification) in both English and Mathematics at Grade C / 4 or above, or else be willing and able to complete to this standard prior to obtaining your qualification at the end of the apprenticeship.
  • Friendly yet professional in your communications, and keen to build strong and effective relationships with colleagues.
  • IT proficient, particularly in regards to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Based at our Head Office in Enderby, Leicester, with reasonable time allowed for study commitments to be agreed with your line manager and apprenticeship tutor.
