Role Overview

The role offers progressive professional development while contributing to process enhancements and HR projects, all in a supportive, open-collaboration environment.
Based in Birmingham, the team operates on a hybrid schedule: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM (Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote) Flexible working requests will be considered.

Candidate Overview
We seek an HR Administrator with a combination of the following:
- Administrative experience—preferably in HR, professional services, or corporate environments
- Strong ability to:
- Maintain and update HR databases and employment records
- Manage shared mailboxes and high-volume enquiries (e.g., helpdesk requests)
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports with accurate data handling
- Support processes across the employee lifecycle (starters, changes, leavers)
- Proficient IT skills, including:
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, Talent Management tools)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management
- Exceptional organisational skills paired with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality support.
