Role description

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a HR Administrator to be based at our office in Warwick.

The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised HR Administrator to join our UK HR team. If you have HR experience, a drive to develop, and a passion for improving how things work, this role offers a great opportunity to grow within a supportive HR function. You’ll play a key role in day‑to‑day HR operations, including visa coordination, responding to HR queries, managing benefits engagement, maintaining employee records, supporting exit interviews, and contributing to employee engagement and recognition activities.

Area of Responsibility

  • Be the go‑to HR contact, offering friendly and timely support to employees, resolving queries where you can, and escalating where topics need specialist attention.
  • Visa & Right‑to‑Work coordination—keeping processes on track, managing applications, renewals and compliance checks, communicating clearly with employees, and using your initiative to spot and flag potential issues early.
  • Support our benefits programme—co‑ordinating processes, managing benefits for starters and leavers, liaising with providers, assisting employees with queries, and arranging engaging benefits sessions.
  • Help bring our culture to life—co‑ordinating long‑service awards, recognition activities, employee events, communications, and supporting actions from survey feedback.
  • Coordinate smooth offboarding experiences, conduct exit interviews, and spot trends that help shape ongoing improvements.
  • Employee file management—keeping records up to date, organised, and fully compliant with documentation requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
