About The Role
The HR Administrator role at Gold Group is a vital position within the HR team, responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR administration support across the organization. Based in Bolton, this role involves managing employee queries, maintaining HR systems and data, and supporting the HR Business Partnering teams in delivering seamless HR services. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring that HR processes are executed effectively and in line with company policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an organized, proactive individual to develop their HR career within a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to continuous process improvement and standardization across the HR function.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of relevant experience and qualifications. Prior experience working with HR systems, particularly Workday, is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of employee lifecycle management. A background in data management, process improvement, and customer service will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently. While a CIPD qualification is not mandatory, it is considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential for data analysis and reporting. Candidates must also be eligible to hold BPSS clearance or possess similar security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities
The HR Administrator will undertake a variety of key responsibilities, including:
- Act as the primary contact for the OneHR platform, answering queries and providing guidance to employees and managers on its use.
- Process and maintain employee lifecycle changes within HR systems such as Workday and Open Options, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Respond to standard HR inquiries, offering advice and directing employees and managers to relevant information while managing expectations.
- Upload, organize, and maintain electronic employee records and HR documentation, ensuring all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Take ownership of HR document management as the Data Steward, auditing and retaining employee files in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
- Investigate and resolve HR-related administrative issues, ensuring data integrity across records, files, and databases.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret HR data and reports to support decision-making processes and provide consistent insights across different business units.
- Serve as a note-taker during formal and informal meetings, supporting HR Business Partners and Advisors.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes, share best practices, and ensure a consistent level of service delivery.
- Participate in specific projects under the guidance of HR Business Partners or Advisors, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, balancing workload demands while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support colleagues through cross-cover and workload sharing to ensure seamless HR service delivery across all business areas.
- Perform any additional duties that align with the role and organizational needs, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
