HR Administrator

HR Administrator (Permanent, Full Time) – Hook, Hampshire

Location & Working Arrangement

  • Based at Hook Site, Hampshire
  • Full-time, permanent position

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, and changes
  • Process monthly payroll input
  • Manage security vetting (including BPSS—Baseline Personnel Security Standard—and SC—Security Clearance)
  • Generate and analyse HR reports and dashboards
  • Conduct general administrative tasks:
    • Respond to reference requests
    • Take meeting minutes
    • Draft and issue contracts
    • Organise interviews
  • Provide ongoing support to the HR team

Requirements & Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience/training in progress)
  • Experience using HR Information Systems
  • Solid understanding of Employment Law and key Government Acts
  • Ability to actively support security clearance procedures (this is a negotiable condition)
  • Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
