HR Administrator
HR Administrator (Permanent, Full Time) – Hook, Hampshire

Location & Working Arrangement
- Based at Hook Site, Hampshire
- Full-time, permanent position
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, and changes
- Process monthly payroll input
- Manage security vetting (including BPSS—Baseline Personnel Security Standard—and SC—Security Clearance)
- Generate and analyse HR reports and dashboards
- Conduct general administrative tasks:
- Respond to reference requests
- Take meeting minutes
- Draft and issue contracts
- Organise interviews
- Provide ongoing support to the HR team

Requirements & Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience/training in progress)
- Experience using HR Information Systems
- Solid understanding of Employment Law and key Government Acts
- Ability to actively support security clearance procedures (this is a negotiable condition)
- Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
