HR Administrator, HARRIS HILL
Job Title: HR Administrator | Immediate Start | Temporary Opportunity (2–3 months)
Location: London (hybrid)
Are you an organised HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join our busy and supportive HR team on an immediate start basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience supporting HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Process new starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
- Manage HR inboxes and respond to routine employee queries.
- Support recruitment administration, including:
- Advertising vacancies
- Arranging interviews
- Completing pre-employment checks
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.
- Prepare documentation for employee relations meetings and take accurate meeting minutes as required.
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely, adhering to GDPR requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Previous HR administration experience essential.
- In-depth knowledge of core HR processes, including:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Employee lifecycle administration
- Confident in using HR systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proactive and professional approach, capable of managing multiple priorities.
