Part-Time HR Administrator

We are currently looking for a part-time (16 hours per week, equivalent to 2 days/week) HR Administrator to provide professional, accurate, and efficient HR administrative support to the Rest of Europe HR Team.

Based primarily at our Royston office, this role allows for hybrid working flexibility and will involve administering, updating, and maintaining all employee documentation, including UK intranet content.

Location

The position requires a base in the Royston area, with work conducted from our Royston office (hybrid flexibility available).


Primary Responsibilities

Your key duties will include:

  • Maintaining and updating electronic personnel files for all employees.
  • Issuing and managing employee documentation:
    • Offers of employment
    • New starter packs
    • Onboarding documentation
  • Providing employee information and documentation to payroll on a monthly basis.
  • Handling absence documentation related to illness, holidays, and leave requests.
  • Updating and maintaining UK HR policies and associated documentation on the HBK intranet.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Rest of Europe team on Workday queries, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent responses.
  • Maintaining and updating Workday across the following areas:
    • New starter onboarding
    • Leaver process
    • Position and data changes
  • Generating reports from Workday to provide key HR metrics and data needed by leadership.
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance our HR practices and employee experience.
  • Fostering our One HBK company culture, encouraging values-aligned behaviours, and promoting best practices.
  • Project work as required.

Professional Requirements

  • CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Administrative or HR Operations role.
  • Proficiency in Workday and understanding of HRIS systems.
