HR Advisor
HR Advisor

As a HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our people and leaders, delivering trusted HR guidance that enables high performance, inclusion, and employee engagement. Partnering with managers across multiple locations, you will provide advice on employee relations, performance management, policies, recruitment, and organisational change. You will help create positive employee experiences while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Johnson Controls' values, policies, and standards.
What You'll Do
- Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
- Support recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and compliantly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance the employee experience.
- Build strong relationships across the business, championing a culture of integrity, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

What We're Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in an HR generalist or advisory role.
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach aligned with Johnson Controls' values and commitment to people, purpose, and performance.
