Rebox HR® is a multi-award-winning HR consultancy that does things differently. We support small and medium-sized businesses across the UK, from transport and logistics firms to construction companies, retailers, and professional services businesses, helping employers, managers, and business owners manage the messy, complex, and sometimes tricky world of people management.

What we always deliver is practical, commercially focused, no-nonsense HR that gets results.

The Role

This is a full-time, office-based HR Advisor position based in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

You'll be the person our clients call when things get complicated. Employee relations issues, disciplinaries, grievances, performance concerns, absence headaches, you'll handle it all, end-to-end, with confidence and good judgement. You'll also support clients with drafting and reviewing HR documentation, recruitment and onboarding, implementing HR frameworks, and organisational change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
