Location: South Lakes & Warrington (multi-site role)
Hours: Part Time, 20 - 25 hours a week Monday to Friday.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in a generalist role supporting our sites in the South Lakes and Warrington. This role has been created to strengthen our HR support as the business grows, ensuring managers and employees have access to clear, practical HR guidance.
You’ll provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, helping to drive consistency, engagement, and performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Manage a range of employee relations cases (absence, performance, capability, conduct)
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation, and support the drafting, review and updating of HR policies and documentation
- Support HRIS and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) use and development, driving adoption and efficiency
- Support HR initiatives and projects that improve processes, the employee experience and drive continuous improvement
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activity
- Produce HR data and insight to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) and has solid experience working as a generalist HR Advisor in a busy, varied role.
- Has a strong understanding of UK employment law and experience supporting employee relations cases fairly and consistently
- Enjoys being the go-to person for managers and employees, providing clear, practical HR advice they can rely on
- Communicates well and builds strong relationships across all levels of the business, including in more sensitive or challenging situations
- Is comfortable working independently, managing a varied workload across multiple sites and staying organised under pressure
- Takes pride in producing clear, well-written HR documentation, policies and guidance when needed
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and is happy to travel between our South Lakes and Warrington sites
