HR Project Advisor (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Newtown, Powys Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Hours: Full Time

They are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to join their HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering business-critical HR projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering a variety of:

This role is ideal for an HR individual who enjoys:

You will:
- Work closely with managers, employees, and key business stakeholders
- Ensure HR projects are delivered successfully
- Provide HR support and guidance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a range of HR projects and initiatives across the site.
- Partner with managers to implement people-related change programmes.
- Support:
- Organisational design
- Workforce planning
- Restructuring activities where required.
- Review, develop, and implement:
- HR policies
- Processes
- Best practices
- Drive continuous improvement projects across key HR processes.
- Analyse workforce data and produce insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure all HR activities are compliant with:
- Employment law
- Company policies
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Provide generalist HR support and guidance as required during the contract period.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience delivering:
- HR projects
- Change programmes
- Strong:
- Stakeholder management skills
- Influencing abilities
- Experience working within a:
- Manufacturing
- Engineering
- Industrial
- Operational environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent:
- Communication abilities
- Relationship-building skills
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per annum
