About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a prestigious professional services provider. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering expert HR and employment law advice to a broad spectrum of clients across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to support businesses of varying sizes and sectors by providing pragmatic, legally compliant guidance tailored to their specific needs. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proven practical experience in a HR advisory capacity or a leadership role with significant HR process management. A strong working knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and ACAS guidance is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, combined with strong attention to detail and accuracy, is crucial. Proficiency in MS Office applications and case management systems is required. Additionally, candidates should show enthusiasm for building and maintaining client relationships and possess the resilience to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, legally compliant HR and employment law advice with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients through consistent, professional interactions.
  • Achieve personal and departmental KPIs and SLAs to ensure service delivery standards are met or exceeded.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries within contractual timeframes, ensuring clarity and thoroughness.
  • Offer clear options and innovative solutions tailored to each client's specific business context, outlining associated risks where applicable.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate case notes within internal systems to ensure seamless case management and compliance.
  • Assist clients with documentation, implementation guidance, and drafting of ad-hoc letters or correspondence.
  • Ensure all advice and recommendations align with client contracts, internal policies, and terms & conditions.
  • Stay informed about legislative changes, industry best practices, and guidance from ACAS to provide up-to-date advice.
