Neptune North was founded in 2024 as a joint venture between Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and part of the NYSE-listed Marsh, and Rokos Capital Management, a global alternative investment fund manager. Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across your assigned business area(s), advising on policies, best practices, and people matters as they arise.
  • Partner with HR Business Partner(s) to deliver talent management initiatives and year-end talent and performance processes.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters, including performance and absence management.
  • Facilitate core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers, and terminations, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives - such as policy reviews, engagement programmes, and process improvements - in partnership with HR Operations and other specialist areas.
  • Take ownership of client-area-specific projects and ad hoc reporting as they emerge, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

What makes a great candidate

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • A solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational delivery with longer-term projects
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take ownership of challenges
  • An Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject
