Salary: £32,000 per annum

Location: St Asaph Business Park

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our friendly and supportive HR team at GreenThumb.

This is a varied and rewarding role that will see you partnering with managers across the business, providing practical HR guidance and supporting a wide range of employee relations activities. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to people-focused projects, help shape HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle by:

  • Providing professional and timely advice on a broad range of HR matters
  • Building effective relationships with managers and supporting them in making informed people decisions
  • Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters
  • Supporting managers with investigations, hearings and associated documentation
  • Delivering and assisting with manager training on HR policies, procedures and best practice
  • Working with the HR Business Partner to review and develop policies and procedures
  • Supporting organisational change projects, including TUPE transfers and consultation processes
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and improve ways of working
  • Helping ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an HR professional who is passionate about delivering an excellent service and making a positive impact.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing a range of casework
  • A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work confidently with managers at all levels
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD (desirable)
  • A willingness to travel occasionally across the UK
