Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: St Asaph Business Park
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our friendly and supportive HR team at GreenThumb.
This is a varied and rewarding role that will see you partnering with managers across the business, providing practical HR guidance and supporting a wide range of employee relations activities. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to people-focused projects, help shape HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
As HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle by:
- Providing professional and timely advice on a broad range of HR matters
- Building effective relationships with managers and supporting them in making informed people decisions
- Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters
- Supporting managers with investigations, hearings and associated documentation
- Delivering and assisting with manager training on HR policies, procedures and best practice
- Working with the HR Business Partner to review and develop policies and procedures
- Supporting organisational change projects, including TUPE transfers and consultation processes
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and improve ways of working
- Helping ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an HR professional who is passionate about delivering an excellent service and making a positive impact.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing a range of casework
- A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work confidently with managers at all levels
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD (desirable)
- A willingness to travel occasionally across the UK
