Overview
We are seeking an HR Advisor to shape the future of Talent at Publicis Groupe UK—an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a Talent Partner, supporting people, culture, and performance in a dynamic, multi-agency environment. This role allows you to drive a positive, inclusive employee experience while empowering leaders with data-driven, people-focused decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Employee & Manager Relationships
- Build strong, trusted relationships with managers to support a high-performing, inclusive culture
- Provide guided HR solutions that align with business goals and employee needs
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Advise on employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes
- Handle core HR processes, including:
- Performance management
- Family leave policies
- First-line disciplinary and grievance cases

Employee Engagement & Strategy
- Partner in engagement initiatives, such as:
- Employee surveys & action planning
- Performance review communications
- Collaborate with Talent Operations to:
- Maintain accurate employee data
- Ensure seamless people processes
- Contribute to HR and Talent projects, supporting aligned strategies
- Analyse and share people data insights to inform decisions across stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Experience in an HR Advisor (or equivalent) role, with exposure to employee relations
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and practical confidence in applying it
- Proactive, collaborative mindset, with a strong desire to learn and develop
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels
- Attention to detail with robust organisation skills to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in HR disciplines, including engagement, development, and business partnering
Desirable (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in media, advertising, or digital environments
- Familiarity with dynamic, multi-agency workplaces
