Morson Edge is pleased to be partnering with an international organisation seeking an experienced People Advisor
Job Overview
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, working closely with managers and HR colleagues to deliver an effective and compliant people service. This role will support a period of increased operational demand for a period of 6 months on a Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to:
- Independently manage a range of employee relations cases, including complex matters.
- Advise and coach managers on policies, procedures, and employment best practice.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal processes.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll-related processes.
- Respond to HR queries and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
- Support engagement initiatives, policy updates, process improvements, and wider HR projects.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases independently.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Ideally worked within an operational environment such as logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident advising and challenging stakeholders where appropriate.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship building capabilities.
