Morson Edge is pleased to be partnering with an international organisation seeking an experienced People Advisor

Job Overview
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, working closely with managers and HR colleagues to deliver an effective and compliant people service. This role will support a period of increased operational demand for a period of 6 months on a Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to:

  • Independently manage a range of employee relations cases, including complex matters.
  • Advise and coach managers on policies, procedures, and employment best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal processes.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll-related processes.
  • Respond to HR queries and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
  • Support engagement initiatives, policy updates, process improvements, and wider HR projects.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases independently.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Ideally worked within an operational environment such as logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident advising and challenging stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship building capabilities.
