HR Advisor - Learning & Development Focus
You will be working within the HR team in a varied role combining generalist HR advice with the coordination and development of learning and development initiatives across the business.
You'll provide day-to-day HR support to managers on employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and people processes, while taking ownership of the company's training function. From managing annual training plans, apprenticeships, and inductions to analysing training needs, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous development, you'll play a key role in supporting both the people and the wider business.

The successful candidate will have

- CIPD Level 3 (or above)
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role
- Experience or a strong interest in Learning & Development
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
