Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an HR Advisor – South to join our HR Operations team at Costain.

This is an exciting time to join the business as we continue to transform and realise our growth ambition. The HR Advisor is responsible for working with managers within their area of responsibility and is the first point of contact for all general HR matters relating to Company policy and procedure which cannot be resolved by the HR Shared Services team. The vast majority of the workload is related to ER matters.

We try where possible to work dynamically, however this role is required to travel to sites and offices in the southern region two-three days per week with occasional travel to other parts of the UK. Sites vary from Plymouth and South Wales in the far south-west, Peterborough and Norfolk in the east and Brighton in the south, as well as Inner and Outer London.

This position has a competitive salary dependant on skills and experience, in addition to a fantastic benefits package including pension contribution matched up to 10%, a day off for your birthday and two paid volunteering days per year.
