HR Advisor
HR Advisor (Part-Time) – Cambridge Site
About the Role
As a part-time HR Advisor based at our Cambridge site, you will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing proactive, professional support to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with people managers, offering coaching, guidance, and practical HR support to ensure consistent policy application and best practices.
- Create and maintain a positive workplace culture where Domino remains a great place to work.
- Provide expert employment law and employee relations advice, enabling managers to make informed and consistent people decisions.
- Analyse and interpret people data—including employee engagement results—to identify trends and opportunities, working alongside HR Business Partners on initiatives.
- Support the full employee lifecycle—from attraction and recruitment to onboarding and offboarding—to deliver a seamless professional experience.
- Collaborate with the UK and Global HR team to implement key people initiatives, projects, and business priorities, ensuring consistency across the organisation.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to provide practical, commercially driven HR advice.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, capable of handling diverse people matters across the employee lifecycle.
- The ability to build credible relationships and positively influence stakeholders at all levels—using discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to escalate when necessary.
- A strong demonstration of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, embodying Domino’s values and Bold behaviours.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment (desirable).
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or completion of equivalent), or current pursuit of the qualification.
