HR Advisor – Employee Relations
Grade 10 | £43,680 – £45,750 | 9-month Fixed-Term Contract | 36 hours per week | Start ASAP
We’re recruiting up to six experienced Employee Relations HR Advisors to join our dynamic HR team, making an immediate impact across our directorates.
In this hands-on role, you’ll assist managers in handling complex Employee Relations (ER) cases, including:
- Disciplinaries
- Grievances
- Sickness absence
- Capability issues
You’ll provide clear, practical advice and ensure timely, fair resolutions.

- Strong experience in managing ER casework within a high-pressure environment
- A deep understanding of employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
