The Role
We are seeking proactive, forward-thinking Employee Relations Professional (CIPD Level 5 or above) to join our supportive HR team in a fast-paced, stimulating working environment.
You will: ✔ Be a strong team player with exceptional communication skills ✔ Thrive on problem-solving and delivering impactful solutions ✔ Have experience in ER case management, ensuring quick credibility-building with managers ✔ Provide executive, pragmatic guidance on complex employee relations matters

Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for employee relations issues across academic schools and professional support departments
- Advise and coach managers on best practice, helping them apply risk-based decision-making
- Collaborate closely with HR Advisers, HRBPs, and the wider HR team to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional service quality
- Manage ER cases efficiently, fostering strong trust and credibility with leadership
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in ER case management
- Strong change ambassadorship, thriving in pragmatic, solution-driven environments
- Excellent relationship-building and advisory skills
