HR Advisor (Full-time, All Year Round)
About the Role Sevenoaks School is seeking to appoint an experienced, customer-focused HR Advisor to deliver a high-quality, professional HR service across the school.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide an excellent, discreet, and confidential HR service.
- Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess strong employment law knowledge.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and be able to build effective relationships while handling sensitive matters professionally.
- Contribute to a supportive workplace culture aimed at securing individual and organisational success.
Requirements
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent practical experience) is essential.
- Experience: Proven track record in providing high-quality, customer-focused HR advisery.
- Technical Competency: In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and robust HR procedures.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive matters judiciously.
- Professionalism: Commitment to integrity, discretion, and discretion.
