HR Advisor - 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Leeds | Hybrid Working | Up to £43,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance

We're pleased to be supporting our client, a global organisation based in Leeds, in the search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting managers across the business and delivering a proactive, commercially focused HR service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day HR advice and guidance to managers.
  • Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
  • Coaching and influencing managers to ensure best HR practice.
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner team to deliver operational HR support.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
