HR Advisor

Do you have a proven track record of handling complex employee relations cases and the confidence to influence and support senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

Have you built your HR career within a manufacturing, FMCG, or similarly high-volume operational setting, where no two days are the same?

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role, providing hands-on HR support, developing colleagues, and driving site-wide engagement initiatives?

MacGregor Black are delighted to be partnering with a Logistics and Manufacturing business in their search for a HR Advisor. This is a permanent, on-site role based in the West Midlands.

We’re seeking a proactive and confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys being close to the operation. You’ll work as part of an experienced HR team, supporting a large manufacturing site and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality people practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
