We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Audio People team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering practical, people-focused HR support.

Our Audio People team supports a dynamic, creative part of Bauer, partnering closely with leaders and teams across the business. We focus on delivering pragmatic HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring managers are empowered, employees are supported, and our practices reflect best-in-class standards.
The Difference you will make
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From employee relations to coaching managers, you’ll deliver confident, solutions-focused advice while helping to create a positive and high-performing culture.
Your Role
Employee Relations & Advisory
- Advise on ER matters including performance, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and employee welfare
- Provide clear, pragmatic guidance aligned to business priorities
- Support senior stakeholders with people challenges and solutions
Business Partnering & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across teams and functions
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and People Relations teams
- Liaise with Talent teams on recruitment needs
Operational Delivery
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately
- Work with Payroll and HR Admin teams to maintain system integrity
- Support onboarding and wider employee lifecycle activity

Capability Building & Improvement
- Coach managers on performance and people management
- Support delivery of HR training sessions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of policies and practices

The Skills you will bring
- Proven HR generalist experience (ideally 2+ years)
- Strong understanding of Employment Law (CIPD Level 5 desirable)
- Experience managing ER cases in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload under pressure
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality best practices
Working Pattern/Location:
This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London.
