HR Advisor to join our Anwick team

The HR Advisor is a credible and proactive member of the HR Team supporting the HR Business Partner with managing the day-to-day HR operation through the delivery of an effective and efficient generalist HR advisory service, that is both in line with best practice and meets both the company’s objectives and wider legal requirements.

The HR Advisor will play a crucial role in the HR Team, assisting in the implementation of HR policy and procedure aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Organisational and administrative skills
  • Proven work experience as an HR advisor, HR consultant or similar role
  • Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
  • Driven and determined
  • Flexible attitude
  • Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
  • Appropriate level CIPD qualification (or working towards)
  • HR Experience in the manufacturing and/or food industry
