About The Job
Greenjets is scaling, and our people are central to that growth. We’re looking for an HR Advisor to support our manufacturing teams, providing practical, hands-on HR support in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with leaders on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day HR support to manufacturing teams and supervisors
- Advise on employee relations, performance, and engagement
- Support recruitment and onboarding for production roles
- Help implement HR policies and processes aligned with business growth
- Analyse people data to support decision-making
- Contribute to building a strong, high-performance culture

Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
- Experience in an HR Advisor or HR generalist role
- Background supporting manufacturing, engineering, or operational teams
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A pragmatic, people-focused approach
